RENTAL UNITS: FIRST FLOOR

Welcome to the heart of Beachview Properties - our First Floor unit. Our fully wheelchair-accessible unit, the First Floor offers a wheelchair accessible bathroom and an electric wheelchair lift on the front porch. There are 3 bedrooms, a modern kitchen, and a spacious front porch where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.​ The First Floor comfortably sleeps 6 people. A shared washer/dryer is just one level up from your unit in Beachview Properties' private laundry room.

 

As our wheelchair-accessible unit, the First Floor is primarily reserved for families in need and donated to various charities. Due to the donation schedule, availability to rent is limited. 
 

This unit is non-smoking and we are not able to accommodate pets.
